Refunds

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days for any reason for a refund. Plush toys are not returnable.

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original receipt from Carl R. Sams II Photography, Inc., packaging,and any manuals and parts. 

If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited. If you paid by cash or check, we will refund your money by check if by mail, or by check or cash (if possible) if in person.
